I think she used a paper clay. Brand really doesn't matter. You can even make your own very easily. Just test different recipes until you find one you like.
Dear Lisa Jarvis, there are lots of brands of air dry clay out there, ie. Jovi, Monte Marte, and Das - to name only 3! I've tried these brands (and others) and I've found Das to be the best. Plus, it's available worldwide. It's a very forgiving clay, if you use some of it and then leave the remaining clay open to the air for a while and the end of the block gets a bit dried out, all you need to do is add some water to it and the Das clay will rehydrate It's also less prone to cracking than other air dry clays.
