Thank you! I haven't been able to get the gel type yet but hopefully this month I'll get it. A second coat of the resist might help as well as waiting longer to dry. possibly a lighter hand in wiping it off. I have another thought, that will require a little testing

Would you be able to say where you got your swivel knife, the yokeless one. My hand was crushed in an automatic screen printing press a couple years ago. And while I thankfully still have my hand, and most of my mobility. I do have nerve damage in it, and the standard swivel knife is not working for me at all.

Of course, I am very sorry to hear about your injury. I suffer from the fall out of a twenty year metal fabrication career, and I totally feel you on the difficulties of using a traditional swivel knife. These are made by a maker named Duane Watts, they are available on Etsy.
