Nice and realxing as allways! When it comes to the feedback. Simply ask the client what would make him happy, if it is outrageous explain a middle ground that would work with both! Plus everyone has bad days and if you give them 1-2 days to "calm down" it normally works better!

It never stops to amaze me that people don't know the value of sets they sell. But good for you. Guess you have to spend some time looking for these kind of deals though.

I think sometimes when people are selling a lot, and this guy is selling over 100 getting high prices is harder too - lucky for me!

Just a word of warning for the Kmart (white) drawers - the drawers slide out very easily. Which is great for picking orders, but also great for spilling stuff all over the floor - 😅😅

Loving watching these vids! I've been on and off bricklink since 2016, but watching your vids give me the itch to make a new store again. I've used those white Spotlight drawers, how do you find them?

When looking at the part out value for a set, have you found any way to only use Australian part out sales to get a final number? It seems the part out price guide always uses global sales which arent aligned with Australian part prices.

You're right, the POV Price Guide uses global data and can't be tailored to a country specifically. The only way to do it is then dive into individual pieces and check them against the specific region - a sample group would give you a fair indication if the POV guide was near accurate or not I'd imagine. Personally, I look at the parts, what I know sells, what I have in stock, what would be a new lot and what has sold that I don't have and judge that against the POV - which is why I think this dogmatic 3x mantra just doesn't work given the data we're all presented with isn't tailored to our markets.

Pretty poor form by Pat with the feedback. Pat if you read this communication is key. You need to communicate clearly just dropping neg feedback solves nothing, take a step back and talk to people instead of cracking it and doing something like that. Just my 2 cents…..

We've all been there I'm sure, but yes, always better to try and communicate and be clear what your expectations are from an outcome. It's a $2 part, no-one wants to loose sleep over that.
