How to add Hotfix type rhinestones to wooden earring blanks.

clear spray (Ex: Krylon triple thick)

KEY POINTS:
Don't touch the applicator end of the Hotfix once you have turned it on - IT'S HOT, wait until it cools down. Check the sizing for the tip of the applicator end before you turn it on, adjust size based on size of your rhinestone.
1. Remove the protective paper from the areas that you want to paint. The rhinestones stick so much better when they are adhered to the wood directly, not to paint or sealant.
2. Leave the paper on the areas that you will apply the rhinestones to
3. Paint them
4. Use a sealant across the entire earring - you can't seal after you apply the rhinestone because it causes a haze on the stones
5. Remove the paper from the areas you will Rhinestone
6. Apply Rhinestones, let the stones cool before handling
7. Attach earring findings
