I have always followed JB- Twilight off script for me and was so pleased when I found your tutorial as this was the first page I wanted to do❤️ hats off to Maria Trolle, as I’m sure I’ll purchase more of her books. I am using Pablo’s and still am able to make reasonable color comparisons due to your visual content of the arteza pencils. I absolutely LOVE your frog and watering can🤗 Thank you for all the effort you put in to make coloring fun💕
I would be very interested in seeing a video about how to do shadows over water. Like, if you have a lilypad floating on water, should the shadow be green? Or a darker blue? Or some combination of both? Also, how to do a colorful sky reflecting on the water.

And now I’m interested in these pencils 😂 I have prismacolors and polychromos. But I don’t remember how to use my polychromos.. 🙈 I like to put light color on dark colors and that works great for prisma! Loved to see that these pencils white works like prisma 😍

Thank you for your tutorials. I am a new colorist and I bought these Arteza pencils(which I love). I also have this book and havent had the courage to color in it. I will make a copy of the page and maybe try that first.🙂 I love how you tell us what you are doing in each step. Thank you so much! I have my page ready for the color along. I was disappointed that you decided to use prisma color instead of the Arteza but I have prismas. I dont like how soft they are however. For me as a new colorist , the Prisma Color are harder to master. Again thanks for all you do!
Hi Alice. Please don't be discouraged because I am using Prismacolor. You can use the same color variations with your Arteza pencils and follow along with the color along. Did you see my video where I matched up all the colors to the palettes with both the Arteza pencils and the Prismacolors? You can use either. Thank you for watching the video. I will have much more using the Arteza pencils to come.
Pamela's Passion for Pencils thank you . I am so new to coloring that I wasnt sure about trying to use the arteza pencils when you are using prismas . I was afraid I would get confused . I did see the video and i went thru and pulled my pencils from each set so I will see how it goes. Thank you

Thanks for the video! I do love your frog ,real nice color combo.I do have a question for you. Did it seem like it took time to get used to your Arteza pencils? I love my Prismacolors , realize the Arteza are a harder pencil. I love a pencil that will blend for me. The 120 set of Arteza , really has some pretty colors.
I have both the Prismacolor and polychromos pencils and i still love my Artezas. in fact, if not for all the tutorials where youtubers use prismacolor pencils, I would heartily replace them with Artezas. As it is I don't think I will replace my prismas when they run out. I'm simply not a fan of how soft they are (I prefer layering to blending so I like the oil-based pencils). To me prismas feel like crayons with how waxy they are. If you already love the prismas, I wouldn't bother with artezas esp f you love their softness.

Arteza doesn’t have a fluorescent yellow in the colored pencils. I have 120 colored pencils and there was no fluorescent yellow. Is it from another pencil kit of theirs? I have exchanged the fluorescent yellow for the chartreuse this may seem silly to you but I have a little OCD.
