Ako naniniwala talaga ako na maganda ang nagagawa sa skin & itsura pag healthy ka na, sapat na ang nakakain mo, kaya mo na alagaan ng maayos ang katawan mo. Saka para sakin parang ang prime ng tao, physically (appearance & strength), ay mga around mid/late 20s to 30s siguro. Iba rin ang nagagawa sa itsura ng tao pag mas mature ka na. Kahit ako di ko gusto itsura ko nung teenager ako.😅 Mas payat nga ako dati kumpara ngayon pero parang mukha naman akong malnourished.😆 It really was unfair that they were judged harshly just for their looks instead of recognizing their talents & skills. Ang foreigners nga eh, yun reactors, di naman pinintasan ang itsura nila. Mas hanga sila sa galing ng SB19. According to them, they are good looking.
