I'd love to see a vid or two of the amount of work done by the ladies. Not just working the market but the work behind the scenes: baking, making pre-packs of freashly made food and include making lunch and dinner for all. Must be an exhausting task.

You ALL consistently Work Hard so you certainly Deserve to Eat Great and with Grandma and Lauren in the Kitchen, your Family is Blessed in the Food Dept.👍🙏

When my dad had his produce stand in the 70’s we sold cabbage for 5cents a head. Sometimes 2 heads for 5 cents. When we had slow days at the stand I would take a basket with a variety of items around the neighborhood and sell door to door. Dad thought I was the best seller around! Haha. Since he worked a real job during the day I took care of the stand all day. Got bitten by the retail bug and later in my 30’s had two very successful gift shops. Such great memories of my dad when I watch your videos! He would be soooo impressed with your farm!! Hugs from Ohio! ❤❤❤❤

Just planted a bunch of stuff for the fall garden zucchini and cucumbers among them. An old market gardener used to say plant August first for fall sales,in the spring every one has them and nobody wants them. In the fall nobody has but everyone wants!

8am on the clock by the door. The farmers where I come from, are working before daylight.

A farmer is selling his sweet corn, 12 years for $6.00. That's the one thing I use real butter and salt on. I'm not dying with a piece of lettuc in my mouth!! I'm going for food grown locally with nothing but seed, water and sunshine.

I wish I could dig around in my cucumbers like that without itching for days

yeah those days of heat were pretty bad last week.. how I get through it is remembering January and sticking that hot day into my memory for next january.. today was cool enough i have the air conditioning off overnight.. if you get a little too much of it just ride up to the house and dive in the pool.. don't overdo it

A way to sell excessive veggies is to put recipes using them next to them on the shelves. So sauerkraut, Kimchi recipes should be next to these cabbages.
