These riots must have hurt LBJ deeply, he did more for minorities that most presidents did or perhaps ever will and then this happened......but as bad as it hurt him, Detroit was hurt worst, to this day the the city has not recovered

@@georg57garvy21 Wrong. Many factors contributed to the disunity of the black and brown family. The Great Society has helped and continues to help millions of people.

See ? Republicans don’t have a monopoly on God. Democrats can call for a day of prayer because they understand the separation of church and state doesn’t discriminate against religious people.
