Q1. You’ve been invited by the UN Women Centre of Excellence for Gender Equality for the second straight year. Tell us more about the purpose of your visit.

Q3. You took several leading roles as a director at JPMorgan, a top global financial services firm. What motivated you to become a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion?
Q4. Global awareness of gender equality has significantly improved, yet the proportion of female leaders in key industries like advanced technology and finance remains much lower than that of their male counterparts. What do you think are the reasons for this disparity?
Q5. The decline in female representation as you move up the ladder in key industries that we’ve discussed, such as the IT and finance sector, is a global phenomenon. Based on your experience leading many teams, what pragmatic efforts can companies make to address this issue?
Q6. You’ve delivered a keynote speech at this year’s UN women center, emphasizing the role of inclusive leadership. But you also stressed the need to differentiate between allyship and being an inclusion leader. Can you elaborate on this?
