🌟 Navigating NCNZ Challenges: Solutions for Malayali Nurses working in Kuwait with Saju Cherian
In this episode of The Outspoken Malayali, we're tackling a crucial issue faced by a group of dedicated nurses working under the Kuwait Ministry of Health. These nurses have hit a roadblock in their journey towards nursing registration in New Zealand due to difficulties in obtaining a Good Standing Certificate, a key requirement for the CGFNS application.

Thank u very much Jerin and saju brother for your support. Many are facing this situation here. Not only good standing certificate but also experience certificate. Many of us don't know what to do. I have 10 years of experience in Kuwait itself. No idea how to come out of this problem

Thank you for your feedback. We’re working hard to push this matter from the NZNO level, and things are looking positive at this stage. You all need to explain these in detail and send individual emails to NCNZ during the process of your registration

Before kuwait was providing all the documents,recently because of the staff shortages they don’t give any kind of documents to nurses and trying to make maximum problems those who resigned…

The Same Issue is faced by my wife who is working in a Government Hospital under MOH UAE. The Nursing Directors of the Hospitals under EHS is not providing the letter of experience attested by them for processing the Good Standing Certificate. Unless you resign from the job, only then they would provide the same. Don’t know what to do now.

There is already some positive development as the NCNZ is now fully aware of this issue and they’re working to address this issue.

Me too facing this problem in kuwait,88 staff are waiting for exp cert and good standing cert after resigination,even no circular from moh 😢😢

@@The_Outspoken_Malayali moh is worried about the mass resignation of Indian nurses...in every ward around 10_12 resignation in an year..so they started taking nurses from locally for Indian nurses who are on family visas..

Kuwait nurses are struggling for long time. Embassy is not doing proper intervention in this matter. This torture by Kuwait Government against Indian Nurses. They shouldn't do it. Dear All, please make maximum effort to report issue to more more social media TV Channel so that the issue is cleared.

It is not for 65 resigned staff more than 500 staff are waiting in kuwait for resign after to get a decision on these certificates.

We were contacted by a person representing a group of 60-65 nurses. Anyway, NCNZ is now aware if the situation and they’re addressing it

If the exit period is more than 6 months do they issue I came to know that if it is more than 6 months they are not issuing But New Zealand need pcc from all countries within 10 years

After exiting from kuwait they will provide till 6 month. after 6th month they do not provide

Cap nu varunnath Vistor visayil anu, cannot work but upto 3 months study allowed. Please check immigration NZ website

Background il nammal ulpedeyulla othiri alukal ee issues okke raise cheythu politicians nu okke awareness kodukkunnund. We’re trying best at least to get an open work visa for a year for job search. We met a few MP’s and they’ve promised us that they’ll introduce these issues in Parliament. The reality is that it will take time.

@@The_Outspoken_Malayali the reality is no fund allocated to support the IQN at the moment and they are trying to find the money for what they have offered in the campaign so it is not worth it keeping your hope high

kuwait ministry does not give any explanation or proof that they will not give good standing certificate.If they will issue such official letter that they will not issue the good standing or experience certificate ,it will be the offense of human rights.That’s why they will not give the official circular..,
