These people really need to look into themselves if they feel they need to be so negative to others. If they feel this need to be negative towards certain people just do not follow or engage with them, it’s not difficult is it really. When an empirically stunning woman gets rando negative comments that hold absolutely no weight, what hope do regular women have? In a photograph of many people, Amelia always stands out, and I know that reading this is not her goal in posting this video, but it's just true. Haters are so clearly jealous. Jealous of her creativity, her joy, her devoted and tight-knit family, and absolutely, her beauty. When everyone in social media is looking exactly the same, the rare beauties stand out even more. Amelia, her sister, her mom, and grandmother remind me of Amal Clooney or Padma Lakshmi. Women should be judged by their intelligence and character (and Amelia is smart and empathic) but if we're going to focus on looks, this family of women is empirically gorgeous. GORGEOUS. Haters can stew in their misery. Shine on, Amelia. 😁

I feel extremely protective over you, watching your growth and success over the years has been really inspiring. It goes without saying that this coupled with your radiance and love for yourself and your family will inevitably trigger people that are not content with where they are in life. People project how they feel, negative commentary is nothing more than a projection of how one inherently feels about themselves, their insecurities and yet unfulfilled desires to be in a better place financially, emotionally,socially etc. You need to be discerning and take only the constructive criticism. Hi Amelia, just wanted to tell you that you have inspired me a lot throughout the years. Approximatively a year ago I had to write down the people who inspired me the most and what I loved about them. You were one of them and I remember that what really stood out to me was your aliveness, meaning the fact that you express your joy and happiness in a genuine way even for the little things, which I am sometimes afraid to do. I don’t normally comment but I had to say the way you addressed the negative comments bit by admitting it bothers and triggers you in an attempt to take your power back was so powerful. So POWERFUL! This vulnerability is where the responsibility lays and in a counterintuitive way I believe even though the haters know it bothers you as you say it no longer holds the same effect or power. I think the TikTok video demonstrates how we have the capacity to reframe our thoughts and this will consequently affect how we feel. I also think that regularly asking myself “what did I learn from this?” E.g. through journaling, enables growth and self-reflection rather than blame or self-blame thoughts, when dealing with challenges and disappointments.

Negativity is a part of life and it s where we learn the most. As with any influencer your looks are possibly a part of your job ie for selling make up, skin care etc. Often the most beautiful people are who we, the audience see very regularly (in films, magazines, cat walks) and it is difficult to not judge others based on this standard. Compassion and forgiveness will stand you in good stead and will allow you to go through your life in a carefree way. Even if someone is magnificently beautiful it will only last a very short while before fading so just be beautiful from the inside.

I honestly use my bath to re-set when I’ve been feeling negative. I’ll put on an Abraham Hicks video, light some candles and turn off the lights and remind myself of everything I have to be grateful for. Gratitude is KEY!

I lost my aunt in April and it really did put me in depression. But I’d say it’s like the weather grief. Some days it’s heavy thunder and rain . Where you’re feeling suffocated by the grief that you can’t breathe other days your sunny and remember a fond memory. Which gives you a great feel. But as entitled the weather is so should our emotions be in regards to grief. My favourite resident past away on Friday night . I found out on Saturday and couldn’t face going into work even though I was to go in for a overtime. Some folk might say your residents aren’t family but the way you care and show kindness/love to them is like family. So no I’m not too sensitive. 😍

I was told to feel those emotions as if they're washing over you and not coming from you. like those emotions are happening to you, you're not making them happen. kind of like looking at them from somewhere else like an out of body experience. It helps so much. it allows you to remember that all those negative thoughts are just your mind exploring possibilities but they're not you.. you are your actions and your decisions not your inner dialogue. its so hard sometimes but that helps me.

You need to call your main contractor who you had a contract with for the building works, plumbing etc, unless these have been appointed separately by you as consultants. Then you'd contact them directly. If less than 6 months have passed since 'practical completion', the main contractor is required by contract to fix things.

Oh Amelia, you have grown so much over the years. Just by even saying these things out loud you're telling the world that no matter what people throw at you, you will go on and you will thrive. Just wanted to chime in on the journaling..I have heard from spiritual teachers that writing in journals perpetuates the cycle of whatever your writing…meditating allows you to connect to your higher mind to create the life you want…that’s the difference

Gosh Amelia … jealousy brings out the nastiness in people. Whenever I watch your videos I’m in awe of how stunning and perfect you are…all of the time!!! Like do you have any flaws or imperfections? I feel like you are more like an otherworldly perfect being than human! I am a long nosed girl and I used to get teased about it when I was younger. Later in my 20's a stranger told me how much they loved my "strong" nose and I should never change it! That comment changed my outlook on my nose forever. If it had been a negative comment (like the horrible online ones) my insecurities would have been permanent. It was a great life lesson: choose to say the nice things, because that's how we can build one another up.

OMG!!! You LITERALLY made me cry!! Ive been so sensitive about this topic in general the last month, that i took a break from INSTAGRAMl!! PEOPLE F*ckin with others WORK and BODY, and maybe you recieve THOUSANDS of good and encouraging coments, AND JUST ONE of them is toxic... and SOME TIMES they HURT SO BAAAAD! It is hard to not be afected, because we put our SOUL in everything we do, and the worst thing is that EVERYBODY is talking about this topic: RU-vidRS, content creators, friends. 2022, post pandemic and HAVEN'T WE LEARNED ANYTHING??? I HUG YOU VERY STRONG. I follow you since ALWAYS and YOU GREW sooooo much and work so hard every day, and are so crystal clear with your audience!!! FOCUS ON WHAT MATTERS!!! YOU ARE GORGEOUS!!! Your change of style BLEW MY MIND and maybe, from my perception, reveals an inner path of introspective work and it SUITS YOU SOOOOOO VERY WELL!! xoxoxoxoxo KEEP GOING YOU HAVE NO ROOF, SKY IS THE LIMIT!!! I always hated my nose growing up but as I got older I realized it’s a feature I got from my father and when he leaves this earth that’s something I have that was passed on from him to me. People will always have something to say about your life but just remember they are either unhappy with themselves or jealous of all the success. Always remember once you’re happy and healthy together with the people that means the most to u that’s really all that matters.

I cannot understand women bringing other women down in any way we should all be building each other up !! You are perfect Amelia just the way you are ! Iam at the stage of if you dont like me jog on , most people like me & I have a lot of friends but I remember one person that didnt like me and voiced it and I was so upset and went home and told my partner and he said why do you care , what is this person to you , which helped me realise you only give a comment gravity if you choose yourself to do so , if you brush it off as not worth your time it wont bother you ! I never understood why so many people feel the need to comment on other peoples' bodies, especially people on the internet they've never met. That behavior is gross. And why is it anybody's business but yours (and why does anyone care) if you get financial support, or not? Like if you do, congrats because work is hell! If not, good for you for being able to support yourself and the lifestyle you want!

Hi Amelia! I can’t believe the kind of comments you receive. I’m from Argentina and people is very judgemental. I tend to think that it’s easier to criticize others than look into our own lives and work to be better as it’s no easy but it’s totally worth it. So focus in the positive comments.
