@@pedrolourenco2707 I always found cranking the master was key. It can get fairly fizzy otherwise. Using an attenuator helps with volume control

It was smart of Ade to go with a proven circuit. The vintage OR80/120 were a niche sound. Modifying the barebones of a Marshall is a win win. Anyone playing a JCM can use their pedalboard into it without an issue. The values for the EQ must be very different. I remember the JCM being very trebly unless you cranked it and the tone controls did next to nothing (bright cap?). I never played a guitar amp where the EQ did so much. I think that and the presence knob and PI volume were clever tricks to still keep the vintage Orange DNA there but with modern players in mind. I sold mine because I thought it was too loud to enjoy even though it sounded great at low volume too. I still regret selling. I had gotten used to a channel switcher amp and didn't have a good dirt pedal then. Selling it instead of buying an attenuatior and good dirt box was a stupid mistake. I do remember it getting picky about household wiring. It would pick up the TV from a bedroom in another room far away. I might get another one or just invest in an AD30 instead which acts like a single channel amp but can switch out preamp entirely.
