why not ? Performing black face is way less offensive then what’s portrayed here. I agree that this holiday with black face we celebrate is racism, but we don’t do black face to make fun of black people nor their culture. Maybe in this past, but not anymore. As a kid black Pete actually made me anti racism. Because it teached me that people with a different skin color were just as kind as other people and that they were just like other normal people. What’s portrayed here is way more offensive. They’re making fun of the asian culture and their behavior. Just because they act different then western countries.
