I think this is one of the few live performances of ‘Rolling in the Deep’ that’s in the original key, albeit a bit slower, I think.

No. I'm positive she honed her singing voice for years, probably had to dish out money for a singing coach. No one is born with talent. Plenty are born with the passion, however, and that's how they get to where they are.

Barb the Bab Faced Wait, some people are born with talent. I'm sure Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston both had vocal coaches as well, but they were certainly born with a considerable amount of talent that helped them get where they are/were. But yes, passion, drive and hard work are also necessary to accomplish your goal, often times more than natural talent.

cyr ram You sound bitter. Not every person sings the same, anyway. There's probably no one in the world who can sing exactly like Adele, and they shouldn't try. It doesn't mean they're incapable of developing their own style and talent.

I've imagined going to see her in some smallish club and us locking eyes and falling in love .... She is an amazing soul !! Wish I knew her and Thank you Adele for sharing your beauty grace and shear talent ... You have no equal and for all the guys saying that she should lose weight ... That is your insecurity Adele is a luscious woman and would rock your world.

I looked up where she's originally from- England. I was wishing so much she was American, but nope. Joss Stone, Amy Winhouse, and Adele- all English. Was it possible that someone in the American music industry recognized a unique voice without a cookie cutter look? Of course not.

1:12 - 1:14 Singers don't sing the lyrics or talk them, when they sing... it's meant to sound smoother... That's why she doesn't say IN YOU hands there. She says... "inavio ans" ... or something.

There's something so classical and enchanting about her that just draws you in. When I first heard her voice, I was awed by how rich and powerful it was; she isn't like the stereotypical plastic bitch nowadays, with their autotuned voices. I salute you, Adele.
