Hey, there's a bunch of us I'm sure, coming back to Matt Rach for a shot of energy from time to time........ sitting here spellbound for a few minutes just to make our day a little more pleasant, to gain a shot of energy from all those beautiful notes ........ peace........
@@gabrieldamasceno7699 I got y'all beat. 16 years bro. He was already famous for 1 year when I finally discovered his "New Canon Rock" Rendition. I remember him as a fresh faced kid with so much potential and enthusiasm in his playing....then he got rich and famous and something got a hold of him... still making great music but now his demeanor so dour and subdued and he seems so withdrawn into himself now... Sad to me.
one of the most underrated youtubers i have ever seen u deserve at least 20m subscribers the ammount of emotions you put into your work is unbelievable
Shit .. im crying everytime I hear this. What a tecnic. It takes a speciel person to create those bendings, emotions and tones. You lift that number to another level. You are a true and gifted musician. Keep it up. The world need guys like you.
I learned this years ago from your video when it first came out. To me this is guitar work at its finest. I must have played it XXXX times since and can do it in my sleep but never have I been able to replicate the tone, dynamics and emotions that are pouring from your guitar. Hats off, you are a master of the trade.
I have listened to mattrach most likely since he came on the tube and I am not discrediting him and I am sure you want to play like him as we all would like to but maybe our own uniqueness is what gives music its heart and soul so if your decent at this song do not despair one day you may add a blues or other technique that you have made your own much like the way these guys did with cannon rock .
Incroyable ce que tu peux aller chercher comme variété et originalité où la plupart ne font que "copier" des tablatures...j'adore!! Tient je pense que je vais me faire un cadeau de noël et aller acheter un de tes albums tiens. Bravo!
Mattrach still in 2020 . You rock brother. Been listening to you for almost a decade now, makes me want to pick up my guitar everytime and strive for greatness
Right, People are saying in the comments that you're using too much delay and you're using because you're a 'bad player' As a guitarist of 6 years I have struggled to co-operate delay into any of my music and you sir are a master, forget what people say, use delay to what ever advantage you want and can, I can't imagine this song with out, would be empty. YOU ARE A GENEIUS!!
ahaha Who is saying matt is a bad player? xD Come on don't even mention something so random abviously they don't know shit if there is 1 only lonely solitarian fucker who think he don't know how to play guitar ahah
C'est une des plus belles interprétations au monde, que j'ai entendu à la guitare et Dieu sait que j'en ai écouté pas mal et avec des guitaristes de pointures, mais celle là elle les surpasse. Bravo
Just had a friend share this on FB and i was taken back man ,,,,, To me it is one of the best guitar instrumentals i have ever heard .. you rock my friend . Have a good christmas my friend
Beautiful work my friend, your style, technique and prowlness has shown off during the years of your growth. Seeing you from when you first started to were your at now, should be very proud of everything you have accomplished and more.
damn, I used to watch your videos when I first started browsing youtube around 8-9 years ago, and I just found your channel again, the nostalgia is strong, awesome guitar covers!
ive been watching mattrach`s videos for years i remember the first video besides his awsome versions of canon rock it was called "you" check it out the notes in that are summit else this guy is a rare talent! anyone if they have the patience can learn to play guitar but mattrach was born with a gift he can make a guitar cry and only certain people when they play can do that he has true feel when he plays . keep up the fantastic work mattrach you are a awsome guitarist and a inspiration to alot of people bro like i say ive saw your first video summit like 13 years ago lol :) rock on !!
I Can't Tell How Beautiful! This Is! Matt. What a Beautiful Tribute to a Great Song and Singer, and So Inspired ...You The Guitarist. Thank You! and Take Care.
Hey Matt! Amazing cover, one of my all time favorites. I was wondering if it's possible to get a tab of this song? I would even pay you for the troubles because this is such an amazing piece you managed to compose and I'd love to learn it, but I'm not as knowledgeable within music theory so I can't figure it out on my own.
Perso j'aurai du mal a savoir qui je dois écouter?? xD T'imagines la galère pour choisir, puis si tu mets ça en solo gilmouresque de 1 ou 2mn t'imagines?? Je pense que adèle serait la première a l'écouter ahah
Bonsouir Matt, I've had the pleasure of listening to you for years, and no matter how much I brace myself , when I listen to this and Hallelujah, my emotions flood over, your notes are like tears bother, so emotionally deep, woth the tears
I really hope you will come back to hear it from time to time and realise how weak your joke was .... And as it is it's the first stupid thing we read when we play this amazing cover.... Sry man but that's like the 5th time I read it the last 2 years and I had to say it !! ahah Damn you
Aniki82 Hey just chill out lmfao, I’m pretty sure you’re the one overreacting here dude, this joke isn’t even mean. Do not mistaken cyber bullying with a slightly recurring joke, not everyone is shocked for such a tiny thing lol..
j'étais passé à côté de celle-la, et comme beaucoup d'autres morceaux, bah y a rien à dire c'est tout simplement Excellent, il n'y a juste qu' à écouter…... @+.
The guy complaining about tabs... So you think Matt went around asking for tabs till he got them? Learn to play guitar instead of grazing google for tabs and telling your friends that you're Slash when you play smoke on the water.
I'd be a subscriber to you and your music only if you were sharing. You never share the tabs nor answer people. You don't "lose" a shit by sharing tabs. You just make more people follow you, trying to learn what you play.
To be fair most people who plays such emotional instrumental / improvisation do not really have tabs. They probably made up a phrase by experimenting it on the fingerboard directly and memorized it. They may have written down some notes but it's hardly anything complete, and making a tab is rewatching the video, pausing a million times and writing down what fret and which string was being played, and is exactly the opposite to creating music and improvising. What's the point having so many people playing the same cover with exactly the same notes? Why not just get your guitar out and experiment with your ears? The key is A major so why not start with notes in the major scale and the F#m pentatonic scale? It takes a lot of time at the beginning but that can get you very far.
wmheric This isn't an improvisation. He's playing a cover of a song by Adele. Therefore he got tabs, maybe not written down but he could simple show us how he played tha backing track (what chords etc - not need to explain, just write down the way he held the chords and then show simple stuff like where he did the melodic. The melodic I could, by ear, find out myself. But as there's so many versions of the bridge and the chorus he could simple tell the chords). Now WHY you ask why I want to learn the way he playing it? Well he can play the song good, and if I learn this I can go from there and do my own stuff, instead for beginning from 0. I get a nice push and improve as a guitarist much much faster if he shared. Sharing is not a bad thing, it helps everyone, even the guy who shares. Helping other makes me happy, why wouldn't it make him happy.
***** For real man.... First off, he's foreign and unless your blind as shit you should realize by now that a lot of people on RU-vid are dumb asses here that hide behind there keyboards and talk shit. Secondly, he's been playing guitar for years. I don't know about you (I'm guessing not) but once you get the feel for an instrument after hours on top of hours practicing, you eventually learn the notes well enough to not need a tab and begin to really start doing something with making your own unique and genuine music style. ANYBODY can cover a song, to make a song of your own or a one of a kind improvisation (like this) with your personal touches and talent takes SKILL and those who can make up there own shit go somewhere with it.
***** Okey and now I'll tell you something. If you want to cook food, like for instance spaghetti, what do you do? You try 1000 times, spend 100 hours on learning how to cook the pasta? Do you figure out by yourself you take the pasta and boil it in water? Do you? No, people teach you that. So do you become a master chef just by that some person told you that you boil the pasta on water? No! You boil it after experience and how you like it. Same shit with the music, he teaches me the chords like I play "C (2 bars) D (2 bars) E (1 bar) F G" etc. Then he can say "The key is in Blabla major and I try bending the strings when the lyrics go "someone likeeee you" or whatever. BASIC stuff. Foreign? Explain that word for me. Is he a foreign if he lives in France, he's from france and his blood is french? No! And I'm from Sweden, why am I able to write this message? Secoundly, been playing for years? So what? Should be then 10x easier to explain what the fuck he is playing, right?
You don't need tabs, just enjoy music of the master ^^ Or learn it by listening to it. Something this emotional must not be played like a robot by tabs
Master guitarist! I have been following you for some years and you continue to demonstrate a control over the instrument that is second to none. You arrangements are always interesting and beautifully presented. Keep up the good work!
