This year my high school show choir did this song for our ballad. When we were spending some time working on the expression and feeling we wanted to have for the song, I shared this cover with them on our Facebook group's page. They all loved it, as do I! We ended up having many fantastic performances, and we brought every crowd to tears, including many of our judges. Thank you so much for this video- you're amazing.

Amazing cover. Not many people can do justice to an Adele song! One thing that caught my ear though, you made the same mistake a lot of non Brits make. She sings "I wont rescue you just to desert me", not "ask you, you to just desert me". Her live performance at The Royal Albert Hall is much clearer than the album version as she puts more emphasis on the 'R' of rescue. Still though, amazing cover. :)

I love this rendition too! But i've noticed that EVERYONE who covers this song gets the lyrics wrong. It's "I wont let you close enough to hurt me, no I wont rescue, you to just desert me, I cant give you, the heart you think you gave me. it's time to say goodbye to turning tables. - I only realized this after seeing her perform it live. Up until then I thought the other way was correct too.
