Wow! I have one of these beauties that was a gift from a coworker. He’s super healthy under LED grow lights inside for spring zone 5b. ☀️ Outside for summer. Thank you for the tips! This video is so helpful. I need seeds now! 😓 Our first one I accidentally froze when I tired to over winter in the semi-heated garage but we had a -17F cold snap 🥶 ❄️ ooof!
Thanks. I have pods, I didn't know that they made pods. I have mushrooms in my pot, I didn't expect them either. I've been watching the shrooms and noticed the pods yesterday. I'm so excited 🕊
Last year my grandma pruned the adeniums and threw the cut parts in a corner somewhere. I expected them to like wilt and die because there wasn't really soil touching the bottom, but they still sprouted leaves and bounced back which is so amazing. So yay new plants! Judging by the caudex of her adenium plant, it must've been a decade old already. Thanks for the info on this plant!
I live in Austin as well. Where does one get lady bugs ? Those yellow aphids took over my milkweeds, and other plants 🥴 I was hoping the soldier flies would eat them because I have a good compost system going but nope not really.
Ive watched videos saying if you trim your desert roses, they sprout more branches around where you trimmed. I'm terrified of doing this to my desert roses!! Have you done this? If so, how did it go?
