All of these are so helpful. Im currently off medication right now because of some side effects and saying no to things I don't want to do is such a struggle. The social conditioning you mention is spot on too, it's like a double whammy of feeling like I need to say yes because of societal pressure and conditioning but also not being able to access my executive function in the moment and just automatically saying yes, its so frustrating, and wastes so much mental energy 🙄

wait a minute? u got welbutrin for adhd? or depression, ur u played ur cards rights at the doc visit:)? so u think adhd makes u think u had depression while all along was adhd? jut turned inyo a depressions like situation couse of the long untreated adhd?:) we getting somewhere ha? fell me
