A dark trap mix combined with high beta wave isochronic tones for the left brain. Helps to correct a hemispheric imbalance often found in those with ADHD. Part of my ADHD intense relief isochronic tones series.
This isochronic tones music session is designed to speed up your brain while keeping your left brain hemisphere dominant in higher beta. This helps increase concentration, attention and reduces emotional response and hyperactivity in those with ADHD.
► Subscribe to my channel and be updated with my latest tracks:
www.youtube.com...
► More videos in the ADHD Intense Relief series: • ADD/ADHD Intense Relie...
Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) are usually characterized by "slow-wave" EEG patterns, particularly in the left frontal region. This session stimulates the left brain hemisphere with a much higher frequency than the right, which helps to correct a hemispheric imbalance.
Note: Each brain hemisphere controls the opposite side of the body. So, to stimulate the left brain hemisphere, the frequency is played in the opposite right ear, and to stimulate the right hemisphere, the frequency is sent to the left ear.
Both ears start with the 10Hz frequency, which gradually ramps up until the 15-minute mark. At this stage, the right ear (left brain hemisphere) receives 40Hz for 5 minutes and the left ear (right brain hemisphere) receives 14Hz. This cycle is then repeated 9 times over the course of the 3-hour track.
Headphones/Earbuds Are Required
As this session stimulates each ear with a different frequency, you do need to wear headphones/earbuds to get the full effect. To find out more about this type of split hemisphere stimulation, check out my article here: www.mindamend.....
What Volume?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with.

Makes perfect sense to me :) Most focus/concentration/ADHD/whatever tracks are too repetitive and boring for my brain to be interested in them, and "normal" music is too distracting. But this one seems to walk the fine line of beeing interesting enough to keep the annoying part of my brain occupied while not beeing too distracting for the productive part.

Can we talk about how awesome Jason’s tracks have gotten over time Also, if you see this, I hd a suggestion of a track idea if its possible for all the adhd people who religiously follow you This works too though so idk if its that different maybe just a different way to use it. I hve to listen to music everywhere I go, and i just thought about listening to a track of yours non stop to help focus in on things like getting to appointments. Do you think these tracks fit that bill, or would there be a better frequency for low-intensity (on our body and brains) that would be stimulating enough to keep us focused on achieving the task at hand in non-study environments, whilst simultaneously not needing to listen to it on full volume to drown out the world around us? Something with pops and flares that still tickle the adhd brain and allow us to use that for distractions, while maintaining productive use of brainwave entrainment? I hope that made sense. It made more sense in my head.

Thanks for your appreciation of my progress. Higher frequency tracks like this particular one may be a bit too intense to play all the time. For realz, this track is sooo good, and ranks as JL’s GOAT, IMO! No exaggeration, I’ve been a 6-plus-hrs-a-day JL addict going on at least 2 yrs, have tried them all, and this one hits hardest. It has that perfect JL mix that keeps cruising on all cylinders with deep-and-clean beats accompanying melody hooks that keep us moving without overheating the engine or veering off-course with distractions. Instantly rose to my #1, beating out longtime leader “Synth Mix” because it has an edge of “Be a man and get to work!” Am going to travel many miles on this one. Love it. Thank you, Jason.

@MIKETJR YES! Oh my gosh, I'm laughing at myself because I'm about to make the absolute cheesiest comment EVER in the history of cheesy RU-vid comments... Remember (you probably don't because, well, cheeeeeeesy and I think I'm the only person who watched) the scene in the Mariah Carey movie, Glitter, where she's in the club and the guy plays the track and she just starts going nuts with one of her iconic freestyle runs? (To anyone unfamiliar with "runs" in this context, I am *not* talking about the unfortunate bodily release of sh*t) lol When I saw that scene, I was like, "Oh my gosh! I thought I was the only person who did that!" I love instrumentals like this -- I can just hear in my head the vocals that are missing...(even in songs that have vocals, I often find myself thinking things like, "Huh...I would have done it like *this*....") But I most love improvising runs to instrumentals like she did in that scene. Like...it shows how many different ways one single piece of instrumental music can be interpreted. And it makes me want to stand in a drum circle of sorts with other vocalists and we all take turns singing the runs we hear in our heads...ya know?? No? Am I alone in this? LOL Anyway, if you've read this entire comment, thank you so much for coming to my CheesyRU-vidX Talk. 😆

@JLynn_StreetSavvySEO
@JLynn_StreetSavvySEO 6 месяцев назад
My ADHD meds are a generic version, and so far, so good, no hitches getting my prescription...but I'm still worried about the day the shortage hits generics, too...and I think, "Well, I need it to function, so there's no way my doc/pharmacist would let me go without, right? so I'm not going to worry about it." But, as you and so many others are proving, there ARE people who are going without. How is that right? I mean, I think even some doctors don't see ADHD and other neurodivergence as an "actual" ailment -- I mean, we aren't going to DIE if we don't have our medication, right? Well, no, we aren't, but not being able to concentrate is its own kind of death... I once asked a hiring manager if I could have an accommodation for the interview portion, and I'd never asked any hiring manager for an accommodation, innately knowing ADHD isn't taken as the serious condition it is. That person told me "We don't make accommodations for that." And "for that" has stuck with me. For that?? For having a brain that, while more than capable of carrying out the duties of the position you're hiring for, doesn't operate the same as a neurotypical individual? I'm not a victim, I'm not disabled in the physical sense, but to have my suspicions about how people view us so openly proven was eye-opening. I hope you're able to chat with your doctor and get switched to a similar medication or a generic version so you can find relief. 💜

Hi Jason, not sure if my previous comment went-through but your music has been a lifesaver, definitely. I had a question about layering though - you mentioned on your website or channel somewhere that the brainwave entrainment effect gets weaker with repeated usage of a track and at that point you should layer the tracks. What does that mean? How many uses of a track can you get out of it before it starts to lose effectiveness or does that vary from person to person? How would you go about layering the tracks on a home device - opening multiple tabs and playing multiple tracks at once? Thank you!

Just keep in mind, he didn't write the music originally. He does find them, tweak a bit, adds some tones that can help out, but he does credit the sources of the music.

I like all of your mixes but it's taken me a bit to find one that is the perfect blend of stimulating and not too distracting. And also one that I can listen to over and over during my work day without getting tired of it. This is that one. I have finally found it. The chosen mix. Thank you, Jason.
