I know I'm late to the party on this one... but better late than never! In this video, I take a detailed look at ‪@adidasRuntastic‬ Adizero Adios Pro 3.
This is simply one of the best running shoes ever made and in my opinion, Adidas' best creation.

Loving the channel Aubrey I have these shoes and absolutely love them. I have constantly got PB's when wearing my Adiós Pro 3's. From 5k PB all the way up to marathon PB. A great race shoe and a great review from yourself.

This shoe is definitely a classic and must have for most runners. I’m happy I’m got it and I think it has earned its place in my top 5 running shoes. God Damn you’re absolutely right about lacing. I got mine 2 days before and while doing lacing today initially I was fed up and then with cool mind i put my feet with socks on then did lacing. Instant subscribed to your channel Aubrey for being honest.

Great video and review, but I think you missed the most important feature which is how does it feel to run in the shoe, distance it's made for, what distances where best for you, how did it feel underfoot etc

Great video as ever Aubrey, I bought the V1 and liked it but never loved it, midsole didn't seem as reactive as others so never invested in V.2 or V.3. For me personally, I think the Alphafly, Vaporfly, Endorphin Pro and Mizuno Wave Rebellion Pro are all better shoes. Keep up the great work, this channel is rapidly becoming my favourite!

Hi Daniel, that’s a tough one because of the personal nature of everyone’s running style. There are some shoes that I simply don’t get along with that other runners love. Do you have a running shop near you that can assess your running style?

Love the 2 but found the instability in the heel gave me some calf niggles, does the 3 feel more stable ??

The crazy thing about running and running shoes is that it’s personal. I have never had any issues with the 2 so the 3 feels just as good or even better. Maybe it would be less stable for you because of the increased stack height but I can assure you it’s a better running experience than the 2

Once/if Adidas switch to the "strung" upper of the Prime X, the AAA pro 3 then becomes the reference.

@@AubreyRunning Not at all. The AAA pro3 is my top pick but as you said, the upper+tongue is too much complicated to nail a good fit. Whereas the strung upper is excellent. The prime x is not for me but it's upper is very good, so would love adidas to be sensible and use their best upper on their best shoes = APro 3 and Takumi sen 8/9.

What I don’t get is why are some shoes this was and others aren’t? The Adios pro 3 is one of the best shoes ever made but that’s a major weakness because many other people experience this issue

Love the shoe, but I agree that get the right lock down is difficult. To avoid Heel sleep you hace to use the last hole. Then it could get unconfortable.

as much I appreciated the lighter weight but man, the thin tongue is annoying, the lacing system is the worst, then the lacing start too front.

I actually like the texture of the tongue but not it being not gusseted. The heel slip was an issue as well but we’ve found a work around but I wish it didn’t need it

Outstanding midsole and outsole… completely let down my one of the worst uppers I’ve ever seen on a running shoe. Both from an industrial design AND materials engineering standpoint. And the laces on the AP3 and TS9… adidas literally could put shearer laces that hurt more… 🤯

@@AubreyRunning No , no Adios shoes yet but I do love my Bostons 10 and 11 on days when I feel strong (though they definitely should NOT be called Boston … the Adizero SL should be the Boston!!🤷🏻‍♀️)
