Cloud foam slides wins this one I am sorry. The boost are comfortable, but they have three major issue. ISSUE #1: The Boost slides insoles (felt material) wear out quickly and start to whiten after a couple of weeks. ISSUE #2: The felt like material insoles get very hot, humid, and uncomfortable after a couple of minutes, making it an uncomfortable slide come Summer season. ISSUE #3: The insoles get dirty if you wear them outside in the sand, mud, or dirt. If they only added a rubber material like a Continental rubber insole to the Boost slides to give the consumer a much more cooler feel to the foot, then it would have been the perfect slide all season long. Cloud foam slides take the win. They are SLIGTHLY less comfortable, just ever so slightly, but they solve the boost slide's flaws. The insole is a compressed molded rubber insole, making it a cooler and fresher feel when walking. You can take these out in the water or beach and have the confidence that they will remain unaffected by the sand, water, dirt, or mud.
I appreciate the in depth thoughts man, means a lot. I agree with pretty much everything you said, however I don't feel like I felt much warmth from the felt and also feel like the Boost Slides are a bit of a higher end slide if that makes sense. I don't think they were intended for the elements as much as a typical Cloudfoam or something similar. I'm still after a Cloudfoam with the same padded leather strap as the Boost Slides though and that'll pretty much take the cake in my world. Thanks again, take care!
I just got boost slides and they dont feel as comfortable as what people say they are am I missing something. Fyi I got them from stockx the foot bed is as hard as a rock
Seems like some people hate them and some people love them. Mine are comfy, not as soft as the comfort slides, but definitely cushy like I would expect Boost to be.
this right here. not to mention the felt soaks up foot sweat when you wear them bate. shit fucking stannnk. adilette shower slide are pretty much indestructible lol
Boost for Shoes has been Great for 5 years Adicloudfoam for Slides I've had a pair for 3 years and it does harden more than Boost and whare out Faster than Boost
That’s very good to know. I agree Boost has held up pretty good on most of my older kicks and I’m glad I’ve chosen to stick with the Boost slides as well.

The cloud foam that you have is a 2.0 or 3.0. The OG 1.0 cloud foam is the best. The cloud foam is much softer on the 1.0. They changed the material in the 2.0 and 3.0. You can tell an OG 1.0 cloud foam slide when the strip that goes over the top of you foot has a thick padding under it. The 2.0 and 3.0 have a thin fabric under it . I hate how they did the change. I purchased like 5 pairs. Best slide ever. I myself have tried on the boost slide. I still feel the 1.0 cloud foam is way better imo, due to the soft sole and the cushion under the upper strip. It’s going to be hard to find the OG. Last I saw was on amazon but my boy just copped the last pairs , lol. I just picked up a pair of the Adilette Comfort Slides and they're ridiculously soft and comfy. I'll be doing a comparison video with them vs the Boost Slides very soon. It'll probably go live tomorrow morning at some point. Thanks for all the info!
i rock the shower slide for everyday use for one reason... i dont wear socks. the boost and the cloudfoam get fucking dis cus tingggg after you wear them wo socks. nice review !
see and ive read the cloudfoam make your feet sweat like crazy so i stay away from them because i wear no socks. fucking sandals shouldnt be this complicated lol
They used to make the cloudfoam slides with more padding in the upper strap. I still have mine. I wonder if it’s the same padding they put into the Boost Slides.
The problem that I see, that the thickness of the boost on the sides is not the same as the foot bed. If the boost was even on the whole foot bed, they'll be awesome I'm sure.
I got the boost ones in black this past week... was on sale for 36 bucks on adidas... BUT my 2 year old cloud foam plus are def softer and squishier... the boost slides aren’t even as squishy as the UB/yeezys...
Just did a video on the Comfort Slides which are definitely squishier than the Boost. I agree with you there, however I think the Boost slides are a bit comfier than Yeezy slides. Maybe I need to grab another pair and give them a fair chance!
The way you pronounced adilette at first was pretty close to correct. Usually, in german, you emphasize word-ending vowels, like adilettE. But you dont say adilett-EY, you'd rather say adilett-UH... adilettöh
is it water proof? unlike the adillete comfort/cloudfoam super absorbent slides ever. anyway i got tripple black boost slides comfy stable unlike comfort adillete unstable squishy marshmallow
Probably not water proof, but they can definitely get we. I wouldn't recommend submerging them or leaving them in water for very long. The Boost is a bit porous and you'll want to keep that leather strap dry as well.

I'll never understand why they discontinued the Adidas SUPERCLOUD slides. The most comfortable slides on planet earth. Instead they brought these two hard-material slides. Totally unacceptable.
Well after a month of wearing them for around 20 minutes every day I have changed my mind about them haha. The first few days were rough, they felt really uncomfortable and hard but once they'd been broken in a bit, they actually felt really good and just keep getting better every time I wear them! I guess the foam just needed some time and pressure to 'activate' properly and conform to my feet and weight. I still prefer my comfort slides more, but I really like the cloudfoams now!
THOSE are the shower slides.... WAY LESS comfortable. Cant compare showerslides to boost. you need confort/cloudfoam slides to compare.............................
LOL you lost me for a minute. Forgot the analogy I had used. Depending on the model, you might be right, but that's definitely not always the case. I'll take the Boost slides and the BMW in this case 😉
