They aren’t bad but you kind of get what you pay for on these, the traction is pretty nice though

Thanks for watching and happy to help man! Hopefully not too late responding but the Luka 1 is the way to go from those options. Cushion is dense, support is layered, and traction is super sticky 👌🏼

You may want to try a half size down, I had more than a thumbs width left over going true to size

Puma shoes are super squeaky, they’ve been using this non-slip rubber compound in their newer models that play nice 👌🏼

Impact protection is nice on both, I think the LeBron Witness 7 is set up with some more durable materials though
