You know the original ultraboost should become a classic icon that goes down in the annals of history along with the classic shoes of society like the Converse chuck taylors and the vans slip ons/vans old skools...like shoes that should always be available for people to buy. It's that great. Instant classic. Adidas Ultraboost deserves to go down in history as a legendary timeless classic. I hope adidas never discontinues this particular sneaker and never changes it in any major way. Don't fix what isn't broken. Adidas have done it here, if they want a classic timeless sneaker to sell to people that will always buy it, they have done it with this sneaker.
Mine r on there way! Cant wait to get mine. I go tts in all my ub and have wide foot too. Triple black 1.0 r the def a lot more snug then my other 1.0. Keep up the great work!
The 3.0 are still the best fit for wide feet in my opinion. Also, aesthetics are subjective and it happens that I like the glitch patterns more. To each their own, but I'm not getting a size and half bigger just to look at an 8-bit arrow pattern. The cream one isn't bad and I would get if it fit well.
My only complaint is the quality control, i got it fresh out of the box and the paint on the ultra part was chipped off and there was excess plastic around the letter U
Do these fit different than the 1.0 navy multicolor ? I tried them on a half size smaller than my true to size and I didn't see that they were tight because I heard that these were tight. Can someone tell me if the sizing is different between these and the 1.0 multicolor. Thanks
Got mine yesterday too.. What happened to the special limited white boxes that they were supposed to come in? Tired of the generic yellow boost box now lol
sliqsta1 that’s what I believe. Because Adrianne ho got hers a few days ago and it came in that cool white box you were talking about. And she has ties with adidas and stuff so I think it’s a friends and family release for them
I finally got the dam things. been waiting three months I stuck out so hard in December in Australia they sold out completely in two minutes but at least i got them now
In my opinion, it might be a little bit too late however, there could still be collectors out there who would want the 2015 release. If you really want to let them go, see if you could list them online and test if someone will bite them.
Hoping you see this but I'm looking at buying the Core black/active purple ub 1.0's, and your sizing advice is usually similar. I'm an 11 tts Nike/Jordan, UB 2.0 in 11 pretty much suffocate's my foot width wise. 3.0 and 4.0 are a little tight also. You think I could get away with a 12 in this 1.0? 11.5 is sold out at Livestock and I'd rather try this then stockx.
Should not be a problem. In my honest opinion, if you are not too strict about having some toe space up front, UB (especially 1.0&2.0) should still fit well going up a full size. I'm not sure how those active purple will fit because every design is different, but assuming it's the same OG 1.0 fit...it'll be even tighter than the 2.0 that you have so one size up will help...it's just length will always be more of a drastic change than width, and it's always something you just have to pray it works out.
@@s2DoubleU Totally appreciate your response! The lenght is pretty much what I'm afraid of. I'm definitely wider then long, and tried an 11.5 3.0 and wasn't happy with the extra length really.
@@s2DoubleU To update I got my 11.5 CBC Ub's and so happy I didn't go with a 12 as these fit big. I got a solid inch length space, but the width is good. Just got the House Stark's in 11.5 also and these definitely fit larger.
Yes as they sit now in stock x prices are a lot cheaper then the original 2015 resale prices. I’ve seen as low as $190 but who knows could change up or down
Sadly I passed on these. Too many shoes releasing these holidays. These are not winter shoes and that is my reason on passing. They should have released in the spring or summer. Seems desperate for adidas to release these at the end of 2018 in my opinion. I’ll pay resale and I hope it goes under retail.
In terms of hype, I want to finish off with the Concord 11s. However, I’ve been looking on the Jordan 9 Concord as a boot for the weather this season. It rains and snows here, and I don’t have weather shoes. In those days I just wear some old beat up shoes instead of my kicks. It’s an all black leather shoe. It has the hype aspect because it’s Jordan and the utility aspect because of the stiff outsole. Overall I like the aesthetic. Retail is $225 which is too high for me. And knowing that it’s much lower in StockX, I’m patiently waiting for the right time to cop at the lowest price
