In this video I discuss what you need to know about the new adidas Ultraboost Light, AKA the Ultraboost 23.
The Ultraboost Light best suits a runner who:
- looks to run any distance at a comfortable non-race pace. The shoe is trying to make these paces as easy as possible for you.
- It’s a high mileage shoe that’s going to give you really good durability.
- It’s beginner friendly & a great travel-run shoe due to its aesthetic appeal.
- Suits heel/midfoot prominent runners the most.
- Slim, regular and slightly broader feet will suit the width. Not extra wide feet.
- The shoe is comfortable on foot, it offers medium softness - but not excess softness.
