Here’s my 2 year check-in with these shoes… they’re probably the best pair of shoes I’ve ever owned. Get them, break them in, and they pretty much mold to your feet, which is wild as a high top. They’re still just as comfortable as day 1, and I’ve definitely put miles in with these. An added bonus, at least for me, they still look damn near brand new. I don’t know what it is, I’ve worn these through some crazy weather conditions and they’re just about spotless. Not even lying, two weeks ago I went to Atlantic City and I was wearing these at a casino… some guy spilled his beer all over me and it got all over these shoes. I wiped them off (too drunk to be upset) and in the morning, there was no indication of any thing being spilled on them. I asked my friends if that even happened and they were just as shocked as I was. So in all, definitely buy them, they’re beer-proof. And you might win $350 at blackjack wearing them.
I love that he started putting sneakers he mentions on screen. That's probably the only thing I felt was lacking from Seth's content. Keep up what you're doing man

Copped these today and couldn't be happier. Love the 500s. They've become my fave Yeezy, and as soon as this review came up with that on feet... had to have these highs. Don't sleep on these OGs.
I recently came to own my first Yeezys this being one of them and the 700 wave runner. The 500 are much more comfortable in longer extended walks, more firm in the step but surprisingly light and springy on the push off of each stride. 700 excel is instant comfort with the boost technology but not in extended use. Both great shoes. Currently using the 500 for my winter/colder weather and my feet are kept super warm and secure!
100% agree... got the high mist stone and it's my fave yeezy for extended walks in cold weather. Looking to cop this slate colourway if I can get a good price.
Ryan Sunga you’re stuck with street-wear clothing when it comes to off-white Nike’s. The 500s can be work a little more high fashion or very street. I’ll go with the flexibility personally because I can’t always wear street wear personally.
Nathaniel Dupree It depends on your feet. Wider feet/longer toes should half a size up. I broke mines in within a day, and they fit perfectly true to size. EDIT: Idk if I’m going crazy, but my feet don’t fit the entirety of the shoe, there’s a bit of space between the back of my foot and the back of the shoe. Makes me wonder if I should’ve gone 1/2 size down.
I would recommend going to try these on just like Seth stated if you can . just got a pair as a birthday present and they fit CRAZY SMALL I’m a 10.5 in yeezys thought I’d go the same with these and boy was I wrong still not enough space could probably do an 11
Idk what it is but I really fuck with these. The profile view looks really good for some reason. It's like a yeezy take on a 90s basketball sneaker. I could see myself sittin realy comfy in a black champion crewneck to match these.
Idk or care what anyone else thinks of these but i think these are so firee ! Definitely get the jordan 11 vibes from it . I gotta say i love what Kanye's doing with the yeezys . iv also always loved high top kicks . excited to try these out if i can get my hands on em . look like a great shoe for this winter
hi! Does it fit snug? I have 350 v2 10,5 US (1/2 size up from my TTS), 500 Stone 10,5 US and last one fit okay but a bit snug. Should I go with 11 US (full size up) with 500 High?
This is probably my favorite Yeezy shoe now but I might wait for a different colorway because I don't like the mix of suede and leather, the mesh looks nice though
I totally agree. They do look like the Jordan 11s. Intentional or not, it looks good. Can’t believe I’m saying it, but I really like how the high cut Yeezy 500s look.

Im going to need a review on the Torsion X, no one has done one yet and theyve been out long enough, come on youre the man lets go. Plus lets not forget they are overloaded with booost, and we all know how much people love boost. I just ordered a pair too btw so its not to benefit me.
Honestly, the 500s look better with the flat perforations on the sides then the mesh. For example like the stones and the slate have flat perforations, but other 500s have the mesh.
I'm surprised no one spoke on the durability of that suede. 🤔 I'd like to know how well the "nap" holds up. Premium suede is normally suspect, especially when holding darker colors 🤷🏾♂️
