Don't know how you can find this difficult to put on. This model is hands down the easiest pair of sneakers to put on in my collection. You just have to grab the two back portions of the sock liner with both hands and then slide your foot straight into the groove while pulling backwards. Literally like putting on a pair of socks.

I love them but its true they aren't made that well. All my other yeezys have a premium feel and these definitely do not.
