Shawn McVittie adidas ceo said they’re working on more v2s in more limited color ways because they’re upset with the amount of v2s. They want the average person to be wearing like zebras but the real sneaker heads wearing the shocks or the glows or the new ones coming out
bro i’ve been saying. the static ones are the v3 that kanye drew. it’s a completely different shoe than before, only similarity being the name. they probably kept the v2 name since it’s become kinda iconic
The upper prime knit does glow too. You need the black light to fully charge them. However the upper prime knit fade quicker than the mid/out sole. But the whole shoe glow!
@@christianwalker2234 no you don’t NEED a black light. A UV light helps is glow even more. The sun only got my bottoms to glow. The UV got the entire top and laces glowing.

if someone really wanted a glow in the dark sneakers, they should just buy the sneakerboy x wish pureboost. everything glows except for the boost midsole.

Seth, the whole entire shoe glows... excluding the net lining that goes through the middle. I have them in hand. It’s just harder to get the primeknit to glow.

I personally wasn't a huge fan of volt before I had a look at this shoe. Nice bright shoe for summer that pops but is still really clean and different at the same time. I personally own a pair of Yeezy 350 V2's in the Static Non-Reflective colorway and part of me is wishing I could have that money back. xD I'd love to enter the giveaway but being 15 and still under my parent's rules, I can't have Twitter sadly. Oh well... Great Vid! Nice getting to see a good, high quality review before the shoe releases.

sorry for the really lqate comment but just letting you know the whole shoe including primeknit, back tab, and laces also glow on the real pairs. you cna to use a black light to charge them tho otherwise its so dim it doesnt look like it glows.
If they were just gonna make the outsole glow they could’ve just done what they did with the glow 750s. Make the outsole a gum bottom that glowed and picked a better color for the upper, like a cream color or a dark grey.
this a pretty dope shoe, adidas in collabpration with kanye took it up a notch. not everyone likes them, but i'm pretty sure im one of those who loves them. thanks for the video seth! i loved it
Hey Seth. I got myself a pair of the AKOG Ultra Boosts collaboration. Love them, but only thing is I find the left shoe puts a lot of pressure on my big toe, making it uncomfortable and unwearable in my opinion. I’m not sure what to do. Do you ever find this happens? Is there a way to stretch them out? I could remove the insole, but it’s glued in the shoe, so I’m hesitant. Any advice would be great as I really want to start wearing them
it annoys me how bad the factories are at making sure the pull tabs are symmetrical, the majority of 350s i see nowadays all have slightly uneven pull tabs, my pairs included

For example in this video you showed the shoes with detail and showed some onefeet looks, and your video is really well put together, I am impressed. How much does she glow? More than any glow in the dark shoe has ever done before. Not only that it is a day glow shoe...looks like it is glowing during the day. No joke these are brighter than my highlighter I use for school. Lol...also others probably said it BUT the entire shoe glows in the dark. The upper does as well!
The upper does glow you just have to charge it up. u should make a update video because I almost didn't buy it cuz u said the upper and laces don't glow
Like yourself comparing these to the OG yellow “Mc chickens” color way, I got to say that these are WAY better. I really don’t care much about the glow in the dark feature but hey it’s there for when it is night time.
