Been there done that. It makes no sense in the world how the cards can remain cold for so long and for dealer to continue making hands without busting. But I’ve seen it too many times 1st hand myself. When 20 can’t win it’s time to walk.

What these players don’t understand is all these dealers are all monitored very closely. Some dealers are just more lucky than others and they put their best dealers. They have in the house that win percentage wise the most for them the house against these millionaires or these people that come in with a ton of money so they’re up against it from the very beginning.

The dealer works the cards right in front of them. They make fools out of themselves? They think the dealers are their family. Listen how they complain, but they don't make an effort toe en read this comments.
This is very bad, I’ve seen it so many times as a casino employee. He is staring full on addiction to BJ and losing a lot of money. His wealth means nothing because addicts play & chase based on what money they have access too and his bets will only rise as he continues to chase. I have no idea how much money he has but it’s clear he is headed for true ruin. It’s very sad.

I have no doubt, that the cards are marked, and readable. These guys does not even inspect the cards, before playing. Why is no - one picking the movements of the dealers? Obviously they are SICK and the casino and it's dealers knows that. Doing the same, stupidity over and over expecting a diffrent result.
