Roxane is an extremely gifted guitarist and to my musicianly eyes, this piece looks outrageously difficult but was impeccably played with gusto and sensitivity. Bravo to a great player.

(una de las mejores piezas noeclasicas que he escuchada. 'Brava' to the player (Brava a la tocadora) and 'bravo' to you master. (y bueno a ti maestro).

Whenever I need some peace in life, I go back to Claire de lune. In this piece, I feel as though the strings of Roxane’s guitar are directly connected to my heart. I know now what to play for agitation. Thank you, Roxane, for this amazing performance!
Yes this version of Clair de lune. Been listening to this version for years.. Will listen to it for rest of my life. Would love to see her in concert when this pandemic is clear.. so anywhere within 200 miles of cincinnati🙂

On this first full moon of Autumn, Debussey's Claire De Lune performed by Roxane Elfasci is the only way to fly into the misty moonlight, across a sea of dew. It has helped me thru a difficult year. My mother loved Debussey which we played at her celebration of life. Don't we all come from a woman, even God who dwells in the Shekhinah? (cf The Moon and the Virgin by Nor Hall; also The Archetypal Feminine by Jung, who learned it from his wife and many women colleagues and students, not much different than how King Solomon learned of the feminine mysteries, unlike Faust the Louse.

I have watched this video numerous times. Each time it is more powerful. A transcendent experience, to be sure. Pascal Jugy and Roxane Elfasci have brought us into the eternal realm where we might dwell, even for a moment. But this time, I turned the sound off and watched while listening to my favorite piano sonatas, 4/4 time. I'd zoom in and freeze a frame or two, which took me even deeper into the experience, longer. And then, listening to the video at full volume, the Heavens opened even more. Merci

When I was studying Guitar we had John Williams, Julian Bream , Alirio Diaz, The Abreu Brothers and Segovia. Now we have an excess of riches. Such astonishing Guitarists playing wonderful repertoire. This Lady is great.
