I agree as well, jatayu was a vulture (gidh raj). That's what I have seen and read to this day. Also, ravan did not get that wish from bharmha, that wish was given to hiranakachap, a different rakshaksh in a different era. They mixed holi and dewali here. Lol. Don't mind my spelling, my brain is not working due to cold.

No, actually both ravana and hiranykashyap received the boon. After a tough penance Ravana asked for immortality which Brahma denied then Ravana asked that he shall not be killed by Devas, Rakshashas, Nagas, etc but out of arrogance did not include humans as he thought no one in human form can ever defeat him.

@@Titanium_-bw8mk no, he did receive a boon but it was not this. The reason why lord ram fired an arrow at his stomach was because that's where the amrit was present that he received in boon. You can watch the old Ramayana or read the texts. This specific boon, no one can kill me, not god, not rakhsh, not day, not night, etc. Was given to the father of bhakt pahalad.

@@Kitshaar Agreed, what you are saying is there in Tulsi Das Ramayana but Ravan did receive such a boon according to Valmiki Ramayana, not the part about Day/Night, In/out but what I said earlier about Devas, Rakshashas. It was similar but ofc not close to what they showed in movie, that was more similar to hiranykashyap agreed.

even though yogi baba made it bearable watching this nutshell was so suffering can't imagine watching the entire movie. where tf did they spend all the money. prabhas should have been casted as ravan. the entire plot dialogue, the director should pay for audience's time. and seriously ravan was like the biggest shiv bhakat. he would never call himself shiva. ye maro yaar inko. i am going to watch Japanese anime ramayan to cleanse my eyes 🙂

Ravan wasnt the biggest Shiv bhakt, we have better shiv bhakts like Markandeya, Kannappa, the 63 Nayanmars of Ancient Tamil Nadu who led a life glorifying Lord Shiva without committing any crimes, Ravan himself asked his citizens not to worship Shiva after he couldnt lift Shiv dhanush, seriously these new gen youtubers are spreading misinformation on who is the greatest Shiv bhakt and all. just listen to the stories of Markandeya and Kannappa, the true Shiv bhakti will be seen there, not in a rapist like Ravan.

It's Chudamani, because jab uss waqt jab kisi ladki ki shadi fix hoti thi tabse ladkiyan baalon ka Juda bandhna start karti thi aur Pati se unhe Chudamani pehnane ki pratha hoti thi. @@SEREGIGAMERjatayu was a vulture, and jatayu wasn't a brother of garud, jatayu and sampati were sons of garud's brother arun, and yes garud was an eagle or not it's still not confirmed, coz neither the texts nor the ancient carvings between 2 nd cent BCE to 17 the century clarified it, he had wings, he had pointed nose, and a rear claw , only a few carvings from gandhara art style from pre buddhist era show him as an eagle, and garud being an eagle is mostly a Buddhist origin, as they consider him from belonging to a race known suparna (divine eagles)

There was a Japanese Ramayana from the 90's i think everyone must watch it. It was way better than any of our Indian serials and cinema.

Ramananda Sagar n Yugo Sako both did amazing job in Ramayana Ramananda Sagar had series of trouble while making Ramayan but he pulled it off amazingly Yogo Sako on other hand had no prior knowledge about ramayan before making it but he made it but with whatever information he had he also made it amazing For me both were amazing

Maine bhi Ramayan dekha tha on DD National. Also Ramayan: The Legend of Prince Rama (1992) on Cartoon Network and Hanuman (2004) woh bhi CD par jo mere paas abhi bhi hai. They were way better than Adipurush.
