ss rajamouli said one day that if you have to make movies on epics like ramayana or mahabharatha a film maker has to take actors who are not superstars but are upcoming exciting talents then only a film maker can give 100 % to his film, the first mistake that om raut did was he took a mega star like prabhas as the main lead, I truly understand now what rajamouli told back then after seeing this teaser

The reason why Rajamouli takes that long to make a movie is to bring out the emotions in the actor and then concentrate on vfx and everything else! After watching this teaser i felt it lacks emotions, no wonder they shot this in 100 days and then concentrated on vfx. For audience, emotions are really important, like you have to feel those characters….even if the vfx is bad still it will become a hit.

I don't know why but whenever I imagine a good adaptation on Ramayana suddenly the 1992 japanese animated film by Yugo sako comes in my mind. For me it is still the best adaptation(or animated film) for Ramayana. And after watching adipurush teaser my hopes are completely vanished.

Actually , there is no good adaptation of Ramayana so far, nobody has been able to capture the grandeur, skills and plotline with accuracy. People like that anime because it stayed true to the story. I wish to see a great movie capturing all this and weaving it with culture and Dharma in my lifetime.

Japan has always been ahead in its animation no comparison 🔥🔥.they have produced anime like legend of Prince raam ,demon Slayer , attack on Titan ,jjk ,one piece (wano arc) ,and chainsaw man coming this year .no one can beat them at any cost .I think makers of adhipurush should have taken help from Japanese animators.bollywood just ruined this ancient history of snatan dharma .This movie had so much potential but they just destroyed it

I don't why ...they took decision to make Prabhas wearing orangish kind of shirt or whatever... clearly it's not a bhagwa colour... valmiki's ramayan in sense of history and lessons is more accurate Like Ram and Sita both done Agni pariksha Jab Hanuman Sita ji ko lene gye toh woh nhi aayi aur kaha ye Ram ke pride ki baat hai unhe hi mujhe bachana ho ga then Ram ji saved Sita after crossing the saagar and beating ravan And Sita ji gave Agni pariksha because ram said he done this for his family's pride Saving Sita from ravan is a very difficult work as Agni pariksha Both done some kind of efforts for each other The actual meaning and lessons of ramayana is very great Ramayan is not complicated epic that requires heavy VFX or something else like Mahabharat That's why Ramanand Sagar's Ramayan is so great

I think the problem is with the Director, he took too much of a responsibility for a second film, Creating this kind of product requires story, character development, VFX, Action Choreography , promotion , Music and many subtle things. If you look at Rajamouli's garu earlier work and today's work , it took him 15 yrs to evolve and he learned with each experience.

@Vinayak Zanjad Actually, the point is the inexperience in handling this kind of product, has he worked on this kind of projects before? the point is simple - this is a big-budget , big-expectation film and if you do not have experience in this kind of product things will go wrong. If you think only VFX is the problem, please also see the outrage on twitter with the dress used, Ravan's GoT look and then Aurangzeb look. HanumanJi's look and use of leather belts and sandals, Bhagwaan Ram's color of Dhoti. Using VFX increases your work by 2 to 3 times, and you have to look at every aspect of film-making as your name is involved in this. Before Bahubali Rajamouli did Eega, which was a low budget high on VFX movie with 0 expectation, he got the experience and then took on Bahubali, he fired his VFX team in between as he was not happy with the product, the difference you can see in Dhivara song and rest of the movie.

Only SS Rajamouli can make Ramayana in two parts with Bhakti bhaav and he knows that it requires more experience to make Ramayana and Mahabharata that's why he did not make it early in his career. I think he should make Ramayana in two parts just after his film with Mahesh Babu. Now he can easily get 200 million budget from Hollywood.
