My name is Megha Rathore, I am commenting via my father’s RU-vid. 3-4 months ago when I first read the Aditya Hruday Stotram I thought damn, will I ever be able to learn this. Today I recite it fluently with my eyes closed and I enjoy every word of it with the depth of my heart every morning before Surya Bhagwan. It has helped me so much in life. It only takes a while if you are consistent.

Bahu uttama vyakya. Its interesting to note here that in verse 22, Watercycle is explained by Sage Agastya almost 9300 years ago when Ramayana was written, while it was discovered by Bernard Palissy in 1580.

It is very effective if someone reciting this Stotra at Sunrise in front of rising sun.

Have been listening (since I havent learned it yet) to this Mantra everyday for about 9-10 months. I have to say my anxiety is pretty much gone and I have become more action oriented. I struggled for many many years with these problems.
