Amazing videos, reallly very happy that u have taken this intiative to educate the people about the different aspects of engineering in bikes, really thanks a lot from bottem of the heart.keep uploading more and more.will keep supporting you.
Yeh dislike kaun karta hai yaar... Agar dislikers ko zyada ache se pata hai toh batao bhai. Ya phir samajh nai aaya toh dislike kar diya... Bhai ne itne ache trah se samjhaya aur sahi bhi hai... Pata nai yaar yeh kaun log hote hai...
sir thanks a lot for the great learning. i have passion pro i3s. there is no display of rpm. so how to do the carburetor adjustment. please suggest your learning video. thanks anand.
The Explanation is good. He has made a good effort. But, he is calling the Airscrew, a mixture screw. The Airscrew only controls the flow of air (not petrol) into the carburetor. The flow of Petrol is adjusted by the BIG slide screw. This bike was Honda Unicorn with a butterfly carburetor with a diaphragm. The carburetor that gives the best idling performance is of HERO SPLENDOR.
Sir.. Thanks for resolving my Problem. But Jo Maniyog Reddy ji keh rahe hain "( Self Off Indicator)" Uspe bhi ek video jaruar banayiega... Thanks and Regards.
Good Show :) Is it Mikuni carburetor? That mix screw can become loose by vibration? Or thread is tight? Also there is gas annalyze machine, put to exhaust pipe? Then you can adjust for CO, CO2, O2?
Hi Abhishek, I liked ur video, thanks for sharing such information. However I have tried to adjust the same for my Pulsar 150 2014 model, but after I set the RPM to 3000 and then try to adjust the mixture - the engine is not smooth and my mileage is 40 to 45. Also AFTER I cross 60 kmph the Bike vibrates a lot and there is a lot of combustion smell. I have changed the Clutch plate twice and replaced the Piston once. The bike does not Pickes up as 150. Please if you may suggest the best thing as the bajaj service center is of no use.
Sir ek ajeeb problem hai. 3000rpm me aapne jaise kaha waise hi mixture screw set kiya. Lekin jaise hi rpm screw adjust karke niche 1200/1400/1500rpm pe set kar raha hun rpm fluctuate karne lag raha hai. Thank You in advance Sir. Aapka videos bahut informative hai.
I really like your videos and your way to teach us.. I have honda cd 110 bike. So, this is my humble request to please make video on it..for carburetor setting...please
bhaiyya reply jaroor krna please jald se jald mere pass activa 3g hai 2016 model 21500 k.m ride ho chuki he or white smoke de rahi hai to piston block new lagana sahi rahega ya usko hi bore karwa lu
Thanks for the video... Bahut si bike me Rpm meter rehta hai, par mere pass twister hai, usme RPM METER NAHI, to me usme kese set kar sakta hu... Please bataye 😊

For pulsar : First tight rpm screw up to 4000 Rpm.. then fully tight mixture screw and roll screw driver anticlockwise 2.5 to 2.75 times round...and now roll screw driver for rpm screw anticlockwise such that bike sound is smooth and bike engine didn't turn off at idling. 👍
MasterMind Tech : great thanks man for all your video. All are very helpful i have seen like your tappit adjuster , Carborator cleaning....... but one question from where we can get tools like tappit adjuster, blade 0.4mm, wrintch, ring pana etc... will all this available in hardware shop or bike spare parts shop where.? do uou know
Chaithanya Damerla turn pe kuch nahi hota gadi jab close krte hai tab gadi ke rpm kam hote hai aur gadi band padne ki position pr hoti hai tab tak close krnA hai lekin bad me screw ulta ghumana hai gadi band pdne nahi deni...
For pulsar 150 dtsi, it is 2.25 turns minimum as recommended in pulsar workshop manual.. From 2.25, you can further set as per your requirements (you will get more pickup and performance but mileage will decrease). I tried this in my pulsar dtsi 2005 model. Around 2.75 turns, i get mileage around 57 kmpl. For 2.25 turns, I get mileage around 63 kmpl but bike engine overheats and I feel like driving a discover bike. For pulsar to be feel like pulsar, 2.75 to 3 turns are good.
Can we do this for brand new bikes as well? I recently bought Hero HF Deluxe (15 days ago) and only travelled 200km. Can I do this on that bike? Thanks in advance PS: forgot to mention that I've watched many videos on this topic but your video is the best and easy to understand 🙌🙏
I have watched 6-7 videos in this topic. But you are the best. You explained it beautifully without fumble easy to understand. Don't mind. You don't look smart, but you have command over your area of expertise and presentation.
Brother, my air fuel ratio screw has become chipped, I didn't notice it while buying second hand. What should I do? The bike has idling problems. Pulsar 135
Bro u r wrong Petrol company fix krke deti hai Ye sirf air set krta hai ki kitni air mix hogi petrol ke sath Right proces bajaj ki hai ki Rpm screw ko 3000 rpm tk badao and air screw tight krdo Then air screw dhere dhere kholna hai jab tak engine ka race balanced nhi ho jata . Matlab rpm 2500 tk dubara nhi ho jata
Bro... My bike doesn't feel that punchy... And even in 3-4 gear on mid Rev like 4-5 it's starts lagging... Like it jerks bad... What can I do?? Plzzz help🙏🙏
I am a Bajaj showroom new maykanike I don't no any one ok so u upload the Bajaj bikes A to Z videos ok I am going to tomorrow Bajaj showroom 20-6-2018 ok and say to me all the best for my job and your my best friend ok
Hey bro || how r u?? I liked this video.. and i have another question regarding pulsar 200ns Is it possible to remove the rear disc of pulsar 200 NS and use drum brake? And is it possible to install rear disc brake in pulsar 180 without removing the swing arm.. plz reply..
yes you will feel engine is heating in 30 km running. engine cooling fins on cylinder and cy. head are designed in such way that engine will get heated up in short time or short duration of running of engine and once engine is heated to that mark the cooling system will lose heat to air passing on cylinder and cylinder head and engine temperature is maintained around 80 ~85 drg. centigrade this is called engine running temperature. there is lot more to explain but space is limited, so do not worry about engine getting heated up in 10~ 15 km run
Great video brother. Keep up the good work ! You have shared a lot of information and in a best way possible. Thanks a lot. I was getting 20kmpl mileage and even the mechanic couldn't solve that but after I saw you video and done it myself I have got mileage around 40-45 kmpl which is what I was getting before my mechanic messed up when I gave him my bike to clean the carburettor. Thanks a lot man !
