Your assemble and circuit diagram do not match: for example your 1K resistor between pin one of the 317 to pin 2 of the 139 is not in the circuit diagram, there are a few more difference but on the hole it´s not bad.
Clickbait title. That transformer will never produce 30 volts at 10 amps. If it did, the capacitor is far too small. The heat sinks are too small. At 10 amps of current, the 5 watt resistors will be dissipating 8 watts.Stop lying about the circuits you make.
Why would you make a video showing your ignorance? The construction method is terrible. Tack soldering is entirely inappropriate at high current levels. Placing components near the transformer is stupid. Loose wiring is dumb. This is rubbish
