My initial thoughts on this change are that the dialogue is better and the panning (especially in that song Chocolate Chip Trip) is better so despite the slightly narrowed soundstage will keep this going for a while.
Your always doing new arc lol . Answer this question when you do a new arc do you take out old one before doing the new arc ? And also when you upload a older arc that you like after taking it out because you do arcs often do you re run phase or is that not necessary?
LOL, I know but I have learned some stuff from doing them so much. In the past I did remove it because I heard that there were some bugs but it’s been much more stable lately that I don’t do that anymore. I just do a quick look at the settings to make sure they match what ARC says they should be and go with it. As for phase as long as you had saved the file after you ran it then it saves that info too. If you save your PDFs you should be able to see what the phase was and can verify after loading that they did update which for me they always do so you don’t have to run it. Thanks for checking out the video!
Soundwise, since I have the 1723s center, they sound really close which is impressive considering it's a tower vs a bookshelf. However, I am happy with the towers because I didn't have to look for a stand to hold them and because they are smaller they work well for my living room space.
Tnku for taking time to answer this question. I am searching for my next speaker upgrade for my small dedicated basement theather. I am twisting between the bw ct 7.3 or arendals. But nowhere a place where i can listen to the arendals
@@thamaesta The search can be difficult sometimes. I know that when I became an Arendal ambassador, one of the questions was if we would be ok with demoing our systems. I would say to reach out to Arendal to see if there is an ambassador in your area to see if that may be a possibility. If not they also offer a 60 day home trial as well. Best of luck either way though!
