I've had this fridge for over 5 years and it's been at the recommended temperature and operating perfectly. But suddenly all my greens are freezing in the fridge. So I need to adjust the temperature . I'm using a model# GSMF2LEB i.e. the glass touch and it's a nightmare to adjust the temperature of the fridge. For some reason, I keep getting the temperature on the freezer option and it is not switching to the fridge. Can anyone please help me to get the fridge option instead of the freezer? Also, now that I've switched on the door lock, I can't seem to get the ice dispenser to dispense ice. How do I switch off the door lock?

I think it would be too generous to give this refrigerator over 1 star. No light in the freezer, hard to get the refrigerator to stay at the proper temperature. This is the worst problem on this week old refrigerator. I think I have it set and it starts fluctuating. The shelves are poorly designed. I just wish we had repaired our 19 year old G.E. Profile as it was a trouble free fridge. The new "energy efficient" models are just not acceptable.
