Adjusting your driver: what does it do? 

Hey Frank, Brad here with GOLFTEC. Thanks for the view and the comment. The technology will help minimize the miss or the off center gear effect some. That being said, if you miss all over the face then it won't make that much of a difference, but for instance if you miss out on the toe of the driver a bunch and fight a nasty hook. Adjusting the weight towards the toe could help limit that hook some.

Your right in the sense that we didn't provide much value in the sense of what numbers a golfer should look for and how to adjust based upon that for more or less spin. Nick was more showcasing how dramatic the change can be in the settings if not fit properly and if you don't currently know your launch and spin numbers it would be very hard to know how to adjust. We will work on making a more informative video on ideal launch and spin conditions for different players and how adjustments might increases or decreases various numbers, now that launch monitors are more available to all golfers.
