I would like to thank you for taking the learning experience to equipp the parties for avoiding unnecessary process which both the parties were affected with efflux of time which affects the valuable time of courts and it will not benefit the interest of tue parties either. . The controversies between the parties should be clearly revealing and the Court may be sufficiently getting gthe truth and this will surely bring the truth of the controversy 5o be get it solved in the right perspective. The advocates should bring to the notice of the court the correct position of parties on which they would like to differ or how they were prejudiced . If the court is particularly interested in bringing out the truth , the counsel 9f both parties must be capable of precise definition of the concept of keeping discipline to make the sufficient amount care to present before the court to adm8nister justice in the right perspective. Please take the subject of the law of easements to clear the nuances of its law process which would benefit the people with good sense of laxity which will be beneficial to all with good and effective decisions
