I had a problem when animating with parenting. after few keyframes the parenting breaks up by itself and that completely destroyed the animation with classic tween. NOTE: I DID NOT CHANGETHE ANCHOR POINTS AFTER THEN.
Please help me! I wanted to amend a subject from green to red colour, I've amended the current scene but how can I copy that to the following scenes? or how can I change it to the same subject that i wanted to change it to red colour too that appears in the following scene?
i'm using adobe animate, and i'm trying to rig a character. everything goes fine until I get to the legs, once I parent the leg to the pelvis, the leg disappears and the screen goes all wonky, once I ctrl z, the leg comes back but my view is all glitchy when I move around my scene, I can't figure why this happens, as the rest of the layers parented the way they were supposed to. any help is appreciated.
i can help you like this parenting and bone tool have the same way to representing your animation but BONE TOOLS use joints to connect separated cut parts that converted to a movie clip and PARENTING you will have separated cut parts converted to a symbol and you will decide which part will act as parent or child before you start to animate
i see the parenting view icon but its blanked out like how your 3d cam icon beside it looks , so basically i cant enable it, how do i fix? btw nice video :D
never mind , i was using canvas , i switched to action script , and now its available , ( btw for the noobs like me ) you dont have to start over on your work if you just realized this like me , just go back to your work and copy the layer / layers and then paste it into the new action script document :D
Does anyone know why my layer disappears when I parent it to another layer and how to fix the issue? It worked on some layers fine but the rest keeps disappearing.
select all the object and convert them into a symbol and double click on it then right click and "distribute to layer" and now you will have all the layer in the separate layer.!! i just start learning it too.
Ive been using this alot. Big weakness. It doesnt compute translations well if at all. So if you have a forearm. And us a different instance of say a forearm. Thats shorter. When tweening. The translation of the hand to move i to position doesnt show until the next key frame. Converting the tweens to keys wil show the transition. But its a poor work flow. Unparenting or switching parenting is troublesome. If it needs to take place in an action. And sometimes it wont alpw you to translate a symbol at all. Moving the object results in it just popping back to iys orignal position. So again. Foreshorting is a difficult proposition. Long story short. Works good on simple animations with simple rigs.
Bones. Layer parenting. Motion tweens. All great for specific tasks. But dont combine well if at all. I wish animate would have a robust character rigging system. That allowed for dynamically switching parenting. Make controls. Multiple influence or control objects.
@@arvindbv1663 yes i did that by dragging the point to where i will rotate my object and it work fine but not smooth.!! and that why i need to create motion tween to make it smooth but after that all my part of the body become not connected in the preview.!!
@@rathnakrin3178 Try Classic tween if you have already created keyframes. - Make sure to convert objects in the layers to a symbols(Graphic/Movieclip). Classic or Motion tween can only be applied to symbols. - Also if you want to move the character you have to move the main parent layer. - Ensure all layer have keyframe at given timeframes with classic tween as in 3:38
I have a problem importing poor quality images. I draw and paint body parts on PS, and save them as PNGs. when I import them on Animate, the images of body parts became pixelated. Please help me to fix this. .
i have that same issue i think the problem is that the images on Photoshop are raster and on Adobe Animate their vectors you have to redraw them on adobe animate. Check bAm animation channel they give good insight on adobe animation.
