Adobe Premiere Pro CC How to Create/Export Closed Captioning/Subtitle File part 2 of 2 

I don't see sidecar file as an option... only 'burn captions into video' and 'none'

Is it possible to export open captions this way, as a separate file?

Nice tutorial. But how can I embed the subtitle with my video? I don't want it as a separate file. I use Adobe premiere pro CC 2015, and it brings out only SIDECAR for all Export File formats. Help me. 🤕
