Regarding your binalot, (i am a master of that bro.) Sana pinakita mo nung sinalab mo sa apoy yung banana leaves. Although I know you did that kasi kita naman. In my case magbubudbod muna ako ng asin over the leaves befor laying down the rice... Dapat bagong saing! Umuusok! Super init.... & unlike your ratio ng dami ng kanin compared to the ulam, yung sa 'kin mas madami ang kanin. Sigurado kasi pag kainan time na may hihingi ng extra rice. Ako yung tao na nagbabalot ng baon sa umaga para sa aking lunch.... kahit di ako aalis ng bahay! 😁😁😁😁 Job well done Bro.
