📚 Adobo Fried Rice
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cooking oil amzn.to/45J19Bs
½ small onion, diced
6 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 cup pork adobo, roughly chopped
4 cups cooked white rice amzn.to/3YUo4Hu
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. Set a large pan over medium high heat. Add your cooking oil of choice.
2. Add onions and cook until translucent.
3. Next add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, being sure not to burn the garlic.
4. Once the garlic is fragrant, add the pork adobo and cook for 1-2 minutes, just to heat through.
5. Then add the rice to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
6. Add in the green onions. Stir to combine.
7. Serve immediately and ENJOY!
