The mist that falls over them for transforming is different between both male and females, with males having a thicker blood red fog and females having a thinner grey mist. Like all Ultimas, Blood Ultimas have full command over minor and major wolves, and mostly full control over Alpha werewolves. To tell between both male and female Blood Ultimas, look at their fur. Males have thinner, hardy fur while females have thicker, fluffier fur. Blood Ultimas are incredibly defensive of their children and will go to great lengths to see them succeed.
