Within the world of Shera, there is no sense of homophobia or sexism, so it doesn’t make sense that Adora’s parents would behave like this, and why are we making Catra’s parents nice? People don’t just abandon their babies for no reason.

honestly im glad Adora's parents didn't keep her bc she wouldnt be able to like other girls while on the other hand Catra's parents are supportive of her being lesbian

honestly one thing I dislike about this video is that Adoras parents aren't okay with their daughter liking girls, even though the thing I love so much about this show is the representation and the fact that in canon NOBODY GIVES A FUCK ABOUT IT. Like lesbian couple? gay couple? straight couple? Nobody cares, because why would they? They love each other and it's their problem not others.
1- In Etheria, especially the first ones, there are no prejudices like in the real world, everyone lived in harmony, remember? So no prejudice was created like us, who at the beginning of history were FAR from harmony, so we still have prejudices today. 2- How Adora's blonde?
I cannot stress this enough, but Adora could get her blonde hair from any of her 4 grandparents as well. Just a thought inducing fact about genetics I might bring up. 😊
hey, i dont want to be that person, but literally all of the she-ra characters are confirmed to be part of the lgbtqiap+ community, so there is no way that Adora’s parents would be homophobic, bc they’re part of the community too :) just a reminder, i dont mean to be rude or anything
Adora's parents are from He-Man from the 80's... that time was super homophobic... always has been, so yeah they haven't been introduced in the new She-Ra cause the new one is like separate from the original
