I can not believe I didn’t find this video sooner. I love Arcticfox and everything but that shit is pricey haha. I love dying my hair different color but well I need to cut down my budget on dye. Because I cannot keep wasting 26$ on a 8oz bottle. So thank you For making this video. I’ve been on a search of a video comparisons between Arcticfox and Adore. So thank you once again

i somehow managed to get a 4oz bottle of adore to cover all 32 inches of my thick hair... but i was reeeeally pushing it by the end. if i had been doing a light color, it probably would have been super patchy but i was just using the soft black.

comparatively, i needed 7 boxes of ion purple to cover my whole head when my hair was only to my waist.

Teya Mazzarella ion is a lot thicker then arctic fox. I do some use ion's Magenta in with my Ador purple to light it up some.

been looking for a comparison between adore and arctic fox for forever! thank you for this. Also have you tried mixing the 2 together? I have seen people mix a poseidon and purple rain by arctic fox to get a gorgeous blue violet which i really really love. Only issue is its a medium ish color while im wanting it darker. Adore has a very gorgeous indigo blue that i love and have 1 bottle left. I was considering mixing it with a bottle of arctic fox purple rain in hopes of getting a nice dark blue violet color. I have always loved the colors where it looks like different colors depending on the light.

I have mix a lot of different ones together. Usually I do it because I'm broke and I want to color my hair, so I just go through all that I have and toss it in a bowl with conditioner and go for it. My latest was I took Arctic foxes periwinkle and adores periwinkle and makes them together I loved it and it also faded to a great gray color that I love.

@@ericakren5486 ok so they are able to mix evenly and such? i have been looking for someone who has used both and you are literally the only person i can find who has. Do you have any idea how mixing adore indigo blue and arctic fox purple rain would come out as?

@@Narconia I've never mixed those two. Have you tried doing a small batch and doing a small test strand of hair? I know a lot of people do this, I don't. I just say F-it and go for it.

I know I’m a little late, but I’ve used Poseidon and Purple Rain on myself and was able to achieve a pretty dark indigo colour. It’s really about finding the right balance of the mixture. The first time (it came out too light for my liking) I used more purple then I tried a higher blue concentration and got pretty close to what I was envisioning. If you’re going for something bluer (I wanted something more violet) another combo I’ve tried is (more) Poseidon and Violet Dream which creates a gorgeous colour that’s a deep indigo purple. I just ordered some adore for the first time and I’m excited to try it and perhaps I’ll try mixing the Arctic fox with it.
