Those big curly tail worms are great in summer, they also work well in the Post spawn. I wasn't getting many bites during pre spawn when I threw a 5" weightless senko, so I switched to a Texas rigged 10" Curly tail worm and started catching nice size LMB.

Old time clip called a “Senco Saver” does the same thing. Roland Martin shared the same tip. Thanks.
