I’m not convinced the reason behind his desire to leave if it is actually true is not just because of the things going on at redbull. Newey recently said they have extracted most of what they can from the redbull and he also said if new regulations offer enough scope for movement then he is interested. He said these new regulations interest him. I feel he see a new challenge and or chapter in his career by moving to a new team. I personally think he will go to Ferrari because they offer him two out of his desired missed opportunities of who he hasn’t worked with before. Anyway until something is confirmed it’s all speculation at best.
Taking on a new project I don’t think means moving to another established contender in Ferrari. I believe he’ll go to Aston. In the UK, plenty of fresh injections of money, new factory, entirely new project in a different part of the grid, still with Honda engines so there’s familiarity in that respect. Big payday going his way.
If he wants to leave Red Bull because of the Horner vs Mateschitz Jr power war, his only F1 destination is Mercedes. From Milton Keynes (Red Bull), Brackley (Mercedes) is just 20 miles away, Maranello (Ferrari) is 960 miles away.
trust me, the first wife might have not liked living in the shithole that the us is and i understand why, but who wouldn’t wanna move from the uk to italy😅
@@MuhammadNiz007the RBs were shit cuz of the Renault engine. The Mclaren should have won with how good Kimi was but unfortunately was unreliable. He doesn't have to prove anything those cars were good still, not amazing but they were still good.
And better should'nt. If italians could get god on their team...than they only want to know that guy after he took course in Italian. Not that they learn english. XD MAn its gonna be a comedy for us, yet hell for newey. Dont know how sado this specialist dude is...but expect weirdo's at the top man.
No team should keep thier reputation on their past only and Ferrari has only the past left in their favour. Times changed and Ferrari have stayed the same mob family team since 50s and it won't work any more. Schumacher/Todt era was a glitch in the Matrix and probably won't happen any time soon
Glitch in the matrix 😂WTF you talking about 😂 They had all the ingredients in the right places and set out to do what they did. Glitch my A R S E. Dude don’t post again as you know nothing about F1 😂😂 Ferrari are showing positive signs of actually building a championship winning team. If they snag Newey with Hamilton and lecerec on board they would have with other recent additions to their team structure a team with the potential to dominate the regulation change.
@@halomultiplayermoments all ingredients put together was exactly that glitch. Nowdays it could hardly happen cause Ferrari is extremely good at removing those ingredients from the equation. Replacing Carlos with Lewis is the newest example
@@sailyui it definitely seems like it. If Newey decides to join Ferrari, that would make a couple of interesting seasons. However, I still believe they will somehow manage to find a way to f'ck everything up
