Jesus or Iesus? Iesus (ee-sus) was the name used for Christ prior to 1632 c.e., and after it became Jesus. That would mean that the name Jesus is only 391 years old. This means that the name Jesus is a counterfeit name. How did this happen? Well, Jesus (French/English) comes from Iesus (Latin), and Iesus comes from Iesous (Greek), and Iesous is a transliteration of the Aramaic name Yeshua. Are these names based on languages legitimate in the eyes of God? The apostle Peter testified: "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12). The apostle Paul, who encountered the Lord on the road to Damascus, and Paul asked, "Who are you, Lord?" And the Lord responded in Hebrew, "I am YAHSHUA..." (Acts 26:14-15). How do we know that Paul heard the name YAHSHUA? Because the apostle Paul wrote this: "Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of YAHSHUA every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that YAHSHUA the Christ is LORD, to the glory of God the Father" (Philippians 2:9-11). What do we understand from the above? 1) There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved! 2) The Savior's name is Hebrew, not English, Latin, Greek, Aramaic, etc. 3) The Savior's name has "the name which is above every name." 4) The Savior's name, His only name, is to be spoken, as the same name, in every tongue, or language, of all people. 5) What is the name which is above every name? The prophet Isaiah makes it very clear: "Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For YAH, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation’” (Isaiah 12:2 NKJV). YAH is the essential name of salvation! Where did we get the name YAH? 13 Then Moses said to God, “Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?” And God said to Moses, "HAYAH Ashar HAYAH" [“I AM WHO I AM”]. And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM {YAH} has sent me to you.’” Moreover God said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: ‘The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. When the Jews heard the name which is above every name {YAH}, they picked up stones to stone Him, for telling them that He was YAH! Halleluyah, Praise YAH, Praise YAHSHUA! Now you say what does it matter? And you say, "I will still call Him Jesus!" But be warned: If you refuse to acknowledge the name from heaven, which is the only name by which we must be saved heed this warning: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God" (John 3:16-18). To reject the name YAH (I AM) Shua (for salvation) is to stand condemned! Jesus, Iesus, Iesous, Hey-zeus, Gesu, Isa, etc. are all names not from God, but are of the tongue of man, and therefore, are counterfeit names!

@@Jadegreeneyes17 the word is always current. He preached scripture and it is always true. We are watching even more scripture unfold daily and these messages are still current Biblically. Everyday we are closer to the rapture. If only more people wanted to hear truth. My heart breaks for the youth of America. Parents have quit attending church and therefore their children aren’t in church. Schools fit into the days of Noah. America can no longer be called a Christian nation. We need to share God’s word every time we have an opportunity. Christians pray and don’t stay silent.
