I’m thinking what Love and the investigator did on the 3 way call is a violation of the recording act in Georgia. Ms. Love would be considered as easy dropping because she was not apart of the conversation plus she did not make herself known to QZ that she’s also on the phone. It’s the judge to blame! She lets the state do whatever they want, which leads them to continue to do whatever. Even here, all the judge says, is “I don’t know why anyone would want to play that. Well.” It’s not the judges job to give commentary. It’s her job to make a ruling. And she all but refuses to!
