Thank you, I just spotted that top E being tuned down to D myself just now not 10 mins ago before I found your tutorial here. It was on Adrienne's instagram performance when she tuned up. So thanks again for confirming to me me that I wasn't losing my mind. The D tuning on that string does sound okay tbh and why not? Anything goes in good music! Perhaps it adds that droney D thang to the song n' perhaps ease playing parts of the song even. Ive been listening a lot to Joni Mitchell also lately.. The two artists are inextricably linked and 'par excellence' in my opinion both in their own right. Great tips n' guide thru the chords also.. thankin' you!
